MUST LOVE CUPCAKES AND PEOPLE! We are looking for individuals who are team players that love a FAST-paced work environment and a positive work culture. We all truly love to come to work every day! Smallcakes fills two positions: baker and front counter team members. Bakers are not required to have any prior baking experience / knowledge or formal training. We do all the training you will need. Bake shifts are usually from 6am-12pm. Bakers pay averages $12 an hour after tips. Front counter workers greet and interact with customers, box up their cupcakes and re-bake and ice cupcakes as well! There is a lot of cleaning involved with both positions. an outgoing and friendly personality is a must! Front counter shifts are usually from 9:30am-2:30pm and 2:30-8pm. Front counter workers start at $9/hour during training, and then go up to $10 once fully trained! Front counter also gets all cash tips left in the jar, and card/online tips on Tuesdays.
